Globe Civil Projects: History

The Company was incorporated as Globe Civil Projects Private Limited in New Delhi (India) as a private limited company under the Companies Act, 1956 on May 22, 2002,

The company’s name was changed to Globe Civil Projects Limited (after a special resolution passed by Shareholders), and a fresh certificate of incorporation was issued by the RoC, Central Processing Centre, Gurgaon, Haryana (India), on June 4, 2024.

Globe Civil Projects: Business

Globe Civil is an integrated EPC (engineering, procurement, and construction) company headquartered in New Delhi (India).

The Company is into execution and construction of infrastructure projects comprising of –

• Transport and Logistics projects,
• Social and Commercial projects, and
• Non-Infrastructure projects (comprising of commercial housing & offices)

The primary focus and strength of the company had been deeply rooted in the construction of educational institution buildings and railway infrastructure,

The Company has also expanded into specialized infrastructure and non-infrastructure projects, such as –

• airport terminals,
• elevated railway terminals,
• railway bridges, and
• hospitals

The Company also provides mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP), architectural and structural work, HVAC, firefighting and fire alarm systems (forming part of the construction project receipts segment).

Projects Executed

As of the date of this Draft Red Herring Prospectus DRHP), the company has successfully completed 37 projects in the last 20 years.

Currently, the company has 13 ongoing projects, including (5) Social and Commercial Infrastructure projects, 3 Transport and Logistics projects, 4 Residential Building projects, and 1 Office Building project.
