Shringar House of Mangalsutra: History

The Company was originally incorporated as Shringar House of Mangalsutra Private Limited, a private limited company under the Companies Act, 1956, at Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. under a certificate of incorporation on January 02, 2009.

The Company was converted into a public limited company under a special resolution approved by the shareholders on November 30, 2024, and its name was changed to Shringar House of Mangalsutra Limited under a fresh certificate of incorporation issued by the RoC on December 11, 2024.

Shringar House of Mangalsutra Ltd. is one of the leading and specialized designers & manufacturers of Mangalsutras in India.

The company designs, manufactures, and markets a variety of Mangalsutra pieces studded with a vast range of stones, including American diamonds, Cubic zirconia, Pearls, mother-of-pearl, and Semi-precious stones, in 18k and 22k gold purity, for its B2B clients.

According to the CareEdge Report, the Company contributed to around 6 percent of the organized Mangalsutra market in India in CY 2023.

The Company offers an extensive portfolio of Mangalsutras, featuring over 15 collections and more than 10,000 active SKUs, designed to suit special occasions such as anniversaries, festivals, and weddings, as well as daily-wear options including antique, bridal, contemporary, traditional, and Indo-western styles.

• Shringar House sells its products to a vast range of clients, including retailers, wholesale jewellers, and corporate clients across the nation, more particularly in 24 states and 4 union territories.

• For the 6-months period ended September 30, 2024, the company had served 731 retailers, 76 wholesalers, and 31 corporate clients and in FY 2024, it served 33 Corporate Clients, 96 wholesalers, and 832 retailers.
