MOU Details

According to the BSE data, Arisinfta has signed a strategic MOU with Capacit’e Infraprojects Limited (CIL) for material procurement.

As per the MOU, the company (Arisinfra) will provide building and construction materials for the various commercial, infrastructure, and real estate projects currently undertaken or to be undertaken by CIL and its subsidiaries (associates).

It is a type of purchase order that is accepted by the company.

In Q4 FY2026, Arisinfra has signed an MoU with JS Infra Solutions Ltd to evaluate India’s ₹35,000 Cr asphalt market through an asset-light business approach.

MOU Size

The broad consideration of the MOU (order) is INR 800 Crore (Rupees Eight Hundred Crore Only).

Tenure

Tenure will be 5 years (equivalent to 60 months) commencing from the effective date of the Memorandum of Understanding, a company spokesperson added.

Exchange Compliance 

The Company has filed these details in accordance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

Market Cap: The company’s market capitalization is ₹930 Cr.

Technical: The stock is currently trading above its 20-day and 50-day simple moving averages but trading below its 100-day SMA.

Price Performance: On a year-to-date basis, Arisinfra’s share is down 11.50% and down by 1.50% in the last three-month period. However, the company’s shares are trading 4.40% higher in the last one-month period.
