The Company was incorporated as Brigade Hotel Ventures Limited in Bengaluru (Karnataka) as a public limited company under the Companies Act, 2013, and a certificate of incorporation was granted by the Deputy Registrar of Companies on August 24, 2016.

Brigade Hotel Ventures Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of Brigade Enterprises Limited (BEL), one of India’s leading real estate developers.

BVHL is an owner and developer of hotels in key cities in India, primarily across South India. It is the second largest owner of chain-affiliated hotels and rooms in South India, comprising the states of –

• Andhra Pradesh,
• Kerala,
• Karnataka,
• Tamil Nadu,
• Telangana, and
• The Union Territories of Lakshadweep, Andaman and Nicobar Islands, and Pondicherry

Brigade Hotel Ventures provides a comprehensive client experience service, including –

According to the Horwath HTL Report, BHVL’s hotels are operated by global marquee hospitality companies such as Accor, Marriott, and InterContinental Hotels Group and are in the upper upscale, upscale, upper-midscale, and midscale segments.

The Company has a proven track record of developing marquee hotels across various geographies and different hospitality segments.

Hotel Portfolio

As of the date of this Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP), Brigade Hotel has a portfolio of nine operating hotels across Bengaluru (Karnataka), Chennai (Tamil Nadu), Kochi (Kerala), Mysuru (Karnataka), and GIFT City (Gujarat) with 1,604 keys.

Employee Strength

As of March 31, 2025, the company employs 1,191 permanent staff and is well-positioned to capitalize on rising domestic and international tourism trends in India.

Strategies Ahead

• Expand operations by developing new hotels at select locations
