CSM Technologies: History

The Company was originally incorporated in the name and style of Cybertech Software & Multimedia Private Limited, a private limited company under the Companies Act, 1956, on July 15, 1998.

The Company was then converted into a public limited company on July 11, 2025, under a special resolution passed by the shareholders.

Its name was subsequently changed to CSM Technologies Limited, and a fresh certificate of incorporation was issued by the RoC on July 29, 2025.

CSM Technologies: Business

Incorporated in 1998, CSM Technologies Ltd has 27 years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing e-governance platforms & digital infrastructure, and operates as a long-term digital transformation partner to government agencies.

According to the CARE Report, CSM provides technology solutions across sectors such as –

• Agriculture and allied services,
• Education,
• Government & public services,
• Healthcare,
• Industry and trade facilitation,
• Mining and allied services, and
• Tourism.

Key Interventions

The Company also offers consulting and advisory services and provides self-service technologies that enable government organisations and corporate clients to migrate, automate, and manage customer-facing business processes through self-service channels.

The solutions provided by CSM are aimed at streamlining operations, improving data-driven decision-making, and facilitating citizen-centric services.

As of June 30, 2025, CSM has an outstanding Order Book size of ₹31,732.96 lakhs.

Company Presence

As of the date of this DRHP (Draft Red Herring Prospectus), CSM has a presence in 12 countries, including India, Ethiopia, Gambia, Gabon, Kenya, Rwanda, the United States of America, and Canada.
