Epack Prefab Technologies: History

The Company was originally incorporated as E-Pack Polymers Private Limited, a private limited company under the Companies Act, 1956, on February 12, 1999.

The Company was converted into a public limited company under a special resolution passed by the shareholders in the EGM on December 04, 2024, and its name was changed to Epack Prefab Technologies Limited under a fresh certificate of incorporation issued by the RoC on December 11, 2024.

Epack Prefab Technologies: Business

Epack Prefab Technologies Ltd. was incorporated in the year 1999 and has a legacy of more than 25 years, operating into two business verticals, namely –

1. Pre-Fab Business, wherein the company provides complete solutions to clients on a turnkey basis, which includes designing, manufacturing, installation, and erection of pre-engineered steel buildings (PEB), pre-fabricated structures, and their components in India and overseas.
2. EPS Packaging Business, wherein the company manufactures expanded Polystyrene (EPS) Sheets and Blocks (also referred to as EPS Shape Molded products and EPS Block Molded products) for various industries such as construction, consumer goods, and the packaging business in India.

The company ranks third in PEB production capacity with 133,924 MTPA, alongside 510,000 SQM Sandwich Panel capacity and 8,400 MTPA EPS production.

Strategies Ahead

• Increase installed capacity through proposed expansions to capitalize on the rapid growth of the pre-engineered steel buildings industry.
• Deepening geographical footprint in the Pre-Fab Business to cater to strategic markets domestically and expand internationally
• Expand client base and increase wallet share from existing customers.
• Invest in technology infrastructure and design capabilities to enhance in-house design, engineering, and manufacturing capabilities.
