ESDS Software Solution: History

The Company was originally incorporated as a private limited company under the name of ESDS Software Solution Private Limited under the Companies Act, 1956, on August 18, 2005.

The Company was then converted into a public limited company on June 30, 2021, under a special resolution passed by the shareholders.

Its name was subsequently changed to ESDS_Software_Solution Limited, and the Registrar of Companies (RoC) issued a fresh certificate of incorporation on July 8, 2021.

ESDS Software Solution: Business

ESDS_Software_Solution_Ltd is one of the only two players in India providing the entire spectrum of cloud, managed services, Data Centre infrastructure, and software solutions.

The Company offers an end-to-end portfolio comprising Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS), managed services, and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), serving customers across BFSI, Government and enterprise segments.

According to the Nexdigm Report, ESDS was one of the first cloud service providers in India to offer community cloud services, delivered on a multi-tenant model to a group of organizations with similar business models and requirements, such as –

• Data privacy,
• Security,
• Compliance, and
• Regulatory considerations.

The company served 2,500 clients in FY26, with enterprises contributing 55.09% of revenue, government contributing 27.37%, and BFSI contributing 17.53% of revenue.
