Contract Details

According to the exchange data, Fabtech Technologies has secured a contract for the critical internal infrastructure scope of a new Veterinary Vaccine Manufacturing Facility in Botswana.

The contract is awarded on a turnkey basis for the design, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC and Clean Room systems.

Under the project scope, Fabtech will deliver advanced GMP-compliant internal infrastructure, precision HVAC systems, clean utilities, and critical MEP services engineered to international manufacturing standards.

It will provide an integrated infrastructure platform designed for safe, efficient, and scalable vaccine production, a company spokesperson added.

The contract includes standard commercial terms and conditions relating to the scope of work, project execution schedule, payment milestones, warranty obligations, and other customary contractual provisions.

Fabtech Technologies Secures Veterinary Vaccine Facility Project

Size of the Contract

Total INR 31.23 Crores (approximately).

• Clean Rooms: USD 1,701,146.80 (One Million Seven Hundred One Thousand One Hundred Forty-Six and Eighty Cents Only).
• HVAC: USD 1,601,958.95 (One Million Six Hundred One Thousand Nine Hundred FiftyEight and Ninety-Five Cents Only).

Tenure

The order is to be executed over a period of 14 months.

Exchange Compliance

The Company has filed these details in accordance with Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
