UPDATE

Gaudium IVF IPO “Listing”

Gaudium IVF and Women’s Health Ltd, a company that specializes in fertility and reproductive health services, made a muted debut on the stock market on February 27, 2026.

The muted listing came despite the company’s ₹165 Crores IPO receiving a decent subscription of 7.27 times (according to stock exchange data) during February 20-24.

The shares of Gaudium IVF were listed at ₹83 apiece on the National Stock Exchange (NSE), against the IPO price of ₹79, representing a premium of about 5%.

The Stock made a high of ₹87.15 and a low of ₹79.50 before closing at ₹80.40 (up 1.77%) on the NSE at the market’s close.

In terms of volumes, Gaudium_IVF traded with 8,849,112 shares on the NSE.

Gaudium IVF: History

The company was originally incorporated as Gaudium IVF and Women Health Private Limited, as a private limited company under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, on March 24, 2015.

The Company was then converted into a public limited company under a special resolution passed by the shareholders on September 28, 2024. Its name was subsequently changed to Gaudium IVF and Women Health Limited under a fresh certificate of incorporation issued by the Registrars of Companies on October 24, 2024.

Gaudium IVF: Business

Incorporated in 2015, Gaudium IVF and Women Health Ltd. is engaged in IVF (In Vitro Fertilization) treatment across India and has extended into several states in the country using a hub-and-spoke model.

The Company offers a vast range of specialized fertility and reproductive health services. Its advanced treatments include –

In Vitro Fertilization (IVF),
Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI),
Intrauterine Insemination (IUI), and
Ovulation Induction (OI).

All the treatments offered by the company are meticulously designed to address a variety of infertility challenges for both females and males.

It also offers a complete range of gynecological care treatment, including Polycystic Ovarian Disease (PCOD)/ Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) and endometriosis.

It also offers cryopreservation services for egg freezing for future fertilization, utilizing state-of-the-art technology to ensure optimal success rates in future IVF cycles.

Gaudium IVF also offers hysteroscopic and laparoscopic surgeries for the diagnosis and treatment of infertility-related issues, as well as genetic testing options, including Preimplantation Genetic Testing (PGT).

The company operates with more than 30 locations in India, which comprises,

7 hubs (IVF centers), and
28 spokes (the company has entered into a strategic alliance with Spokes Infertility Expert for spreading awareness about IVR and Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) treatment).

The company also serves patients from foreign countries, including Canada, Kenya, Oman, the United Kingdom, the United States, and South Africa.
