Jaro Education: History

The Company was originally incorporated as Jaro Institute of Technology Management and Research Private Limited, a private limited company under the Companies Act, 1956, on July 9, 2009.

The Company was converted into a public limited company under a special resolution passed by the shareholders in the EGM on July 24, 2017, and its name was changed to Jaro Institute of Technology Management and Research Limited under a fresh certificate of incorporation issued by the RoC on August 12, 2017.

Jaro Education Ltd. is one of the leading online higher education and upskilling platform companies in India.

Jaro Institute offers degree programs such as M.B.A., M.Com., B.Com., M.C.A., and certifications in high-demand domains like data science and fintech.

The company operates across 22 learning centers and 15 immersive studios nationwide.
