Juniper Green Energy: History

The Company was originally incorporated as AT Capital Advisory India Private Limited, a private limited company under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956, on December 5, 2011.

The Company was then converted into a public limited company on May 22, 2025, under a special resolution passed by the members.

Its name was subsequently changed to Juniper Green Energy Limited, and the RoC issued a fresh certificate of incorporation on May 26, 2025.

Juniper Green Energy: Business

Juniper Green Energy Limited is among the top 10 largest renewable independent power producers (IPPs) in India (in terms of Total Capacity as at December 31, 2024), according to the CRISIL Report.

The Company develops, builds, operates, and maintains utility-scale renewable energy projects through its in-house EPC and O&M teams, and generates revenue through the sale of electricity to various off-takers, including state- and central government-backed entities.

The Company’s product portfolio spans across solar, wind, wind-solar hybrid (WSH), and firm & dispatchable renewable energy (FDRE) projects, supported by 4,563.9 MWh of planned battery energy storage systems (BESS).

Projects Awarded

According to the CRISIL Report, the company had a diversified renewable energy portfolio of 7,910.2 MW across 50 projects, including 20 operational, 19 under-construction, and 11 awarded projects, as of June 30, 2026.
