The Company has received a Letter of Award (LOA), as a sub-contractor, from Solarium Green Energy Limited, A domestic entity. Source: BSE.

Contract Details

According to the exchange data, Solarium Green Energy Ltd has awarded Prostarm Info Systems a contract for the execution of End-to-End EPC works for 50 MWac Solar PV Power Project in the State of Maharashtra, India.

As per details, the contract is awarded under a project of Maharashtra State Power Generation Company Limited (MAHAGENCO) on a turnkey basis excluding 3 years of Operation & Maintenance (O&M) services.

The new contract is in accordance with project specifications, and it has been accepted by Prostarm on April 7, 2026, a company spokesperson said.

Last month, on March 17, 2026, Prostarm Info has secured a contract for the supply of UPS systems from WBMSC for ₹90.44 crore.

Contract Value

The total value of the EPC contract is approximately ₹165 Crores (Rupees One Hundred Sixty-Five Crores only) exclusive of GST.

Duration

The time period shall be as specified in the definitive EPC Agreement to be executed between the parties.

MOU with Shenzhen

The Company management officials also informed the exchange that,

Prostarm Info Systems has signed an Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Shenzhen Topband Co. Ltd (TOPBAND), a limited liability company incorporated under the laws of the People’s Republic of China,  in their meeting held on April 07, 2026.

The proposed MOU is intended to establish a collaborative framework between the parties for the purpose of exploring a potential strategic alliance for Exclusive Cooperation under a Battery Energy Storage System (BESS).

Exchange Compliance

The Company has filed these details in accordance with Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations), 2015 (the “SEBI Listing Regulations”).
