Order Details

According to the exchange data, Mirzapur Thermal Energy (UP) Pvt. Ltd., a domestic entity, has awarded an order to HG Infra for the development of Railway Infrastructure.

According to the details, HG Infra will execute civil work (including earthwork, bridges & station buildings), as well as P-way works, for the development of Railway Infrastructure at the 2×800 MW Thermal Power Project in Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh.

This is an Item Rate Bill of Quantities (BOQ) order, and it has been accepted by HG Infra, a company spokesperson added.

Last month, on March 10, 2026, HG Infra Secured an order from Anuppur Thermal Energy for ₹401 Crore.

Order Size

The total value of the newly received order is INR 519.33 crore (Rupees Five Hundred Nineteen Crore and Thirty-three Lakh Only), including taxes.

Time Period

The order is to be executed over a period of 18 months from the date of the purchase order.

Exchange Compliance

The Company has filed these details in accordance with Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

Technical: The stock is currently trading above its 20-day simple moving averages but trading below its 50-day, 100-day, and 200-day SMA.

Price Performance: The stock declined by 47.40% over the last year, declined 26.60% YTD, and declined 20.80% over the past three months. However, the company’s shares are trading 13.50% higher in the last one-month period.
