Om Power Transmission Limited, a power transmission infrastructure EPC company in India, on Thursday, April 30, officially announced that

The Company has received a Letter of Intent (LoI) from the Gujarat Energy Transmission Corporation Limited (GETCO), a domestic entity. Source: BSE.

Order Details

According to the official press release, Om Power Transmission has secured an order for the supply, erection, testing, and commissioning of 220kV & 66kV equipment and materials on a turnkey basis from the GETCO.

The scope of the order includes civil works for the 220kV Jantral AIS Substation, a company spokesperson added.

It also said the promoter or promoter group has no interest in the awarding entity.

Order Value

The size of the new order is Rupees 44,95,40,652.11/- (Rupees Forty-Four Crore Ninety-Five Lakh Forty Thousand Six Hundred Fifty-Two and Eleven Paise Only), including GST.

Tenure

The order is to be executed over a period of 18 months from the date of the LOA.

Exchange Compliance

The Company has filed these details in accordance with Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
