PNGS Reva Diamond: History

The Company was originally formed as a partnership firm in the name of Gadgil Metals and Commodities, under the Indian Partnership Act, 1932, on July 26, 2004.

It was then converted into a public limited company under the Companies Act, 2013 .

Its name was subsequently changed to PNGS Reva Diamond Jewellery Limited under a fresh certificate of incorporation issued by the Registrar of Companies on 20 December 2024.

PNGS Reva Diamond Jewellery Ltd is a retail-focused jewellery brand involved in the business of selling a wide range of jewellery.

The Company uses diamonds and precious (semi-precious) stones, which are studded into precious metals such as gold and platinum.

PNGS offers a wide range of products that cater to diverse customer segments and occasions, including

• Rings,
• Earrings,
• Bangles,
• Bracelets,
• Chains,
• Mangalsutra,
• Necklaces,
• Nose Rings,
• Pendants, and
• Solitaires.

All products of the company are offered under the brand name, REVA.

According to the CARE Report, key competitors of PNGL include Bluestone Jewellery and Lifestyle, Caratlane Trading, Orra Fine Jewellery, Senco Gold, and Thangamayil Jewellery, as well as craftsmen and local jewellers.

As of March 31,2025, the company had 33 Stores across 25 cities in the states of Gujarat, Maharashtra, and Karnataka, aggregating to an area of 599.15 Running Feet.

These stores are divided into two categories, namely,

1. Franchise Owned And Company Operated (FOCO) and
2. Franchise Owned And Franchise Operated (FOFO).
