Innovision Wins NHAI Contract For ₹99.35 Crores.

Innovision Limited, a company providing toll plaza management and manpower services to its clients, on Wednesday, April 8, 2026, announced that,

The Company has received a work order from the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI), a Domestic Entity. Source: BSE.

Contract Information

According to the official press release, Innovision has received the Work Order for the engagement of a user fee collection agency based on competitive bidding through an e-tender.

The Contract is for Vanagaram fee plaza at km 16.500 of Chennai Bypass Phase-I section from km 0.000 to km 19.170, Chennai Bypass NH- 4 & 45) in the state of Tamil Nadu, India.

The scope of the contract includes toll collection, upkeep of adjacent toilet blocks, and replenishment of consumables.

It is essentially a Toll Collection and Facility Maintenance contract, digitally signed by the company on April 6, 2026, a company spokesperson added.

Contract Size

The broad consideration of the contract is INR 99,35,29,635/- (Rupees Ninety-Nine Crore Thirty-Five Lakh Twenty-Nine Thousand Six Hundred Thirty-Five Only) on FY 2025-26 rates.

Duration

The new contract is to be executed over a period of 12 months (from 15 April 2026 (08:00 hrs) to 15 April 2027 (07:59 hrs), a company management official said.

Exchange Compliance

The Company has filed these details in accordance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

Saatvik Green Energy Wins Solar PV Modules Order For ₹108.75 Crores.

Saatvik Green Energy Limited, one of the fastest-growing module manufacturing companies in India, on Thursday, April 9, 2026, said that,

Saatvik Solar Industries Private Limited, the material subsidiary of the company (Saatvik Green) has received an order from a domestic entity. Source: BSE.

Order Details

According to the exchange data, Saatvik Solar Industries has received an order from a renowned independent power producer for the supply of Solar Photovoltaic (PV) Modules.

The client is a leading EPC player in India; however, its name has been withheld due to confidentiality reasons, a company spokesperson added.

The nature of the order is commercial, and the same is accepted by the company.

Last month, on March 28, 2026, Saatvik Green has secured a major contract for the supply of Solar Cell for ₹638 crore.

The aggregate value of the aforesaid Order is INR 108.75 crores (Rupees One Hundred Eight Crores and Seventy-Five Lac Only).

Duration

The order is scheduled to be completed within 6 months (September 2026) from the date of the purchase order, a company management official said.
