According to the data available on the exchange, the subsidiary company has received a major order for the supply and Integration of Battery Energy Storage System (BESS).

The order is from a reputable client, but its name is not disclosed due to the European General Data Protection Regulation and a Non-Disclosure Agreement with the customer, a company spokesperson added.

The aggregate value of the aforesaid Order is INR 152 Crores (Rupees One Hundred Fifty-two Crores Only), with an option to increase up to INR 292 Crores.

Duration

As per the given information, the contract is to be executed over a period of 20 months (approximately December 2027) from the date of the Purchase Order.

The Company has filed these details in accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
