<p style="text-align: justify;">The Company&#8217;s revenue from operations (standalone basis) comes at INR 149.80 Cr versus INR 263.51 Cr for a period year ago, showing 43.15% decline YoY basis. The company&#8217;s revenues were INR 219.48 Cr for the October &#8211; December quarter, registering 31.75% decline QoQ basis.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The Company&#8217;s net profit for the period ended 31 December 2018 comes at INR 54.51 Cr which was INR 92.81 Cr last year, showing de-growth of 41.27% YoY. The Company&#8217;s profit after tax for the last quarter stood at INR 90.01 Cr, showing almost 40% decline QoQ basis.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Company&#8217;s consolidated revenue comes at INR 528.62 Cr which was INR 356.20 Cr a period year ago, showing 48.51% growth YoY. The company&#8217;s consolidated profit increased 14.75% YoY (INR 137.93 Cr vs INR 120.19 Cr)</p>
