According to the exchange data, Saatvik Green Energy (BSE Code: 544526, NSE Symbol: SAATVIKGL) has received and accepted an order (commercial order) from one renowned Independent Power producer (EPC Player) for the supply of solar PV modules.

The client is a leading EPC player in the country, but its name is being withheld for confidentiality reasons, a company spokesperson added.

It also said the promoter or promoter group has no interest in the awarding entity.

The aggregate value of the aforesaid order is INR 171.45 crores (Rupees One Hundred Seventy-one Crore and Forty-five Lakh Only), and the same has been received and accepted by the company.
