According to the details, the subsidiary company has executed an agreement with the bank for a software license, implementation of software, and product software support.

The new contract involves the deployment of three key solutions –

1. Corporate Finance Origination Solution (Islamic),
2. Retail Finance Origination Solution (Islamic), and
3. Customer Communication Management System.

The client is a leading Bank in Kuwait, but its name is withheld due to confidentiality reasons, a company spokesperson added.

The aggregate value of the aforesaid Order is USD 2.22 Million (US Dollars Two Million Two Hundred Twenty Thousand Only).

The contract is to be executed over a period of 2 years from the date of the Purchase Order, as per the given information.
