Order Information

According to the exchange details, Saatvik Solar Industries Pvt Ltd has secured and accepted a commercial contract from a renowned solar modules manufacturer based in India for the supply of Solar Cell G12 R Type.

The name of the party is not disclosed due to a Non-Disclosure Agreement with the client, a company spokesperson added.

The aggregate value of the aforesaid order is INR 638.26 Crores (Rupees Six Hundred Thirty-eight Crores and Twenty-six Lac Only).

Duration

According to the details available on BSE, the contract is to be executed over a period of 12 months (by March 2027) from the date of the Purchase Order.

The Company has filed these details in accordance with Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
