Scoda Tubes Limited “Listing“

Scoda Tubes Limited made a good start on the stock market today.

Shares of pipes manufacturer “Scoda Tubes” were listed at INR 140 per share on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) against the issue price of INR 140, while the opening on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) was at INR 140 too.

The total market cap of the company stood at INR 880.66 cr.

However, after the flat start, the shares hit the upper circuit (rising 5%) to hit INR 147 per share on the NSE.

At the end of the day, the stock of Scoda Tubes closed at INR 147 with a volume of 46,83,120 shares on the NSE.

The Company was incorporated as Scoda Tubes Limited under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 vide Certificate of incorporation dated November 10, 2008, and Certificate of Commencement issued by the RoC (Gujarat, Dadra and Nagar Haveli) on November 12, 2008.
