Glass Wall Systems: History

The Company was originally formed pursuant to a deed of partnership on July 19, 2002, with Jawahar Hariram Hemrajani and Kamlesh Arjun Choudhary as partners.

The Company was then converted into a public limited company on April 3, 2025, under a special resolution passed by the shareholders.

Its name was subsequently changed to Glass Wall Systems Limited, and the RoC issued a fresh certificate of incorporation on April 28, 2025.

Glass Wall Systems: Business

Glass Wall Systems Limited is a premium façade solutions and fenestration provider in India and across markets in the United States and Australia.

The Company operates across three verticals –

1. Domestic façade solutions,
2. International façade product supply, and
3. Premium fenestration.

With over two decades of experience in the façade solutions industry, the Company has completed more than 150 projects as of March 31, 2025.

The Company’s offerings include –

Curtain wall facades,

Storefront wall facades,

Unitized & semi-unitized curtain wall facades, and

Frameless facades.

These systems are highly engineered products designed to meet stringent technical specifications, providing stability and structural integrity to building frameworks.

The company’s client base includes airport authorities, contractors, real estate developers, hospitals, and corporations in commercial, residential, and institutional projects.

Acquisition of Yes Systems

The company has strengthened its presence in the luxury residential segment through the acquisition of Yes Systems.

Yes Systems operates under the ORIA brand and offers premium windows, skylights, doors, and partition systems.
