Om Freight Forwarders: History

The Company was originally incorporated as Om Freight Forwarders Private Limited, a private limited company under the Companies Act, 1956, at Mumbai, India, on June 16, 1995.

The Company was then converted into a public limited company under a special resolution passed by the shareholders on April 30, 2024, and its name was changed to Om freight forwarders Limited under a fresh certificate of incorporation issued by the RoC on July 25, 2024.

Om Freight Forwarders Ltd. is a 3PL (Third Party Logistics Provider) providing integrated service to clients.

The Company’s services include international freight forwarding, customs clearance (CHA), transportation service, vessel agency services, warehousing, and distribution.

The Company is a trusted India-based agent, specializing in comprehensive import and export customs clearance services across all major air and seaports in the country.

Network

As of the date of this DRHP, the company operates on a pan-India basis through an established network of 28 branches and an extensive international reach, covering over 800 destinations through strategic tie-ups and partnerships with numerous global logistics providers.

As of 31 March 2025, the company operated a fleet of 135 owned commercial vehicles and equipment (cranes, forklifts, hydras, trailers, payloaders, and tippers).
