Contract Details

According to the official press release, Innovision (the company) has received a work order engagement from the user fee agency through competitive bidding.

The contract is for the Vembukudi fee plaza at Km 152.000 of the Cholapuram-Thanjavur Section, from Km 116.440 to Km 164.275 of NH-45C, in the state of Tamil Nadu, India.

The scope of the contract includes upkeep (maintenance) of adjacent Toilet Blocks, including recouping the consumable items, a company spokesperson added.

It is a ‘Toll collection’ and ‘Facility Maintenance’ contract granted to the company under tender ID NHAI/13013/547/CO/26-27/CB/Vembukudi FP/266225/B1/W/349.

Earlier this month, on April 11, 2026, Innovision won an NHAI order worth ₹99.35 Cr.

The total aggregate value of the contract is INR 31,09,79,635/- (Rupees Thirty One Crores Nine Lakhs Seventy Nine Thousand Six hundred and thirty five only).

1 year, starting from June 6, 2026 (08:00 AM).

The Company has filed these details in accordance with Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

According to the official press release, Innovision has received the Work Order for the engagement of a user fee collection agency based on competitive bidding through an e-tender.

The Contract is for Vanagaram fee plaza at km 16.500 of Chennai Bypass Phase-I section from km 0.000 to km 19.170, Chennai Bypass NH- 4 & 45) in the state of Tamil Nadu, India.

The scope of the contract includes toll collection, upkeep of adjacent toilet blocks, and replenishment of consumables.

It is essentially a Toll Collection and Facility Maintenance contract, digitally signed by the company on April 6, 2026, a company spokesperson added.

Contract Size

The broad consideration of the contract is INR 99,35,29,635/- (Rupees Ninety-Nine Crore Thirty-Five Lakh Twenty-Nine Thousand Six Hundred Thirty-Five Only) on FY 2025-26 rates.

Duration

The new contract is to be executed over a period of 12 months (from 15 April 2026 (08:00 hrs) to 15 April 2027 (07:59 hrs), a company management official said.

Innovision: History

The Company was initially incorporated as SRT Innovision Services Private Limited, a private limited company, under the Companies Act, 1956, on January 11, 2007.

The Company was then converted into a public limited company under a special resolution passed by the shareholders in the EGM on November 19, 2010.

Its name was subsequently changed to Innovision Limited under a fresh certificate of incorporation issued by the Registrars of Companies on March 2, 2011.

Innovision Ltd. is in the business of providing toll plaza management, manpower services, and skill development training to its clients nationwide.

The Company started its business operations with a single service domain, providing manned private security services in the year 2007, and gradually diversified its business to provide a suite of manpower services.

Key clients of the company in India include healthcare, retail, warehousing, logistics, and the BFSI sector.

As of December 31, 2025, Innovision had provided services to over 1,000 client locations and over 180 clients in a variety of industries.

The Company operates in 3 union territories and 22 states in India.

It possessed a license to provide manned private security services under the PSARA Act in 18 States and 4 Union Territories in India.
