Turtlemint Fintech Solutions: History

The Company was originally incorporated as Fintech Blue Solutions Private Limited, a private limited company under the Companies Act, 2013, on April 7, 2015.

The Company was then converted into a public limited company on May 23, 2025, under a special resolution passed by the shareholders.

Its name was subsequently changed to Turtlemint Fintech Solutions Limited, and a fresh certificate of incorporation was issued by the RoC on June 5, 2025.

Turtlemint Fintech Solutions: Business

Turtlemint Fintech Solutions Ltd is a technology-led insurance distribution platform that connects insurance advisors (Digital Partners), clients, and insurers through a physical and digital model.

According to the Redseer Report, Turtlemint (in 2015) became the first company to adopt the point-of-sale person (PoSP) distribution model and also has the largest certified PoSP network, as of September 30, 2025.

The company’s online platform enables Digital Partners to sell and service insurance products across life, health, and motor segments while providing clients with –

• Advisory support,
• Product comparison,
• Policy issuance,
• Renewals, and
• Claims assistance.

It has built a proprietary technology platform comprising six integrated components: (1) Turtlemint Pro app, (2) Turtlemint Academy, (3) Ninja SalesPro app, (4) Insurance Hub and Integration Studio, (5) Turtlefin, and (6) Turtlemint Consumer app.

The Company has facilitated the distribution of 19.68 million insurance policies from April 1, 2022, to September 30, 2025, generating Platform Premium amounting to ₹90,249.11 million in India, according to the Redseer Report.

Network

Turtlemint has onboarded and empowered a large and geographically diversified base of 603,302 Digital Partners, including 484,832 PoSPs, as of September 30, 2025.

All these partners have completed the mandatory training, enabling them to obtain the requisite certification to distribute insurance products in accordance with applicable IRDAI regulations.

The Company has established a significant presence in B30+ markets, which refers to the rest of India except the Top 30 cities by population (T30), according to the Redseer Report.

Turtlemint has partnered with 44 Insurer Partners, as of September 30, 2025 (representing 70% of all life and general insurers in India, according to the Redseer Report), enabling the Digital Partners to offer clients an unbiased selection of brands and products that address their individual requirements.
