Order Details

KIRLOSBROS has received an order from Adani Power Limited and its subsidiaries, Anuppur Thermal Energy (MP) Pvt. Ltd and Korba Power Limited, domestic entities.

The order is for the supply of Circulating Water Pumps (Concrete Volute pump technology) and Auxiliary Cooling Water Pumps.

This is a prestigious business order for KIRLOSBROS (the company) is for the supply of pump packages for thermal power projects in the states of Assam, Bihar, Chhattisgarh, and Madhya Pradesh, a company spokesperson added.

Order Value

The total contract value of the newly received order is ₹214 Crores (Rupees Two Hundred Fourteen Crores Only).

The management stated that KIRLOSBROS will receive payment in a phased manner, i.e., within 30 days after receipt of the Goods at the Delivery Point, in balance against the erection, commissioning, and testing of the pumps.

Defect Liability Period will be 12 months.

Duration

The contract is to be executed over a period of 18 to 24 months from the date of the Purchase Order.
