Denta Water and Infra is a water and infrastructure solutions company engaged in the design, installation, and commissioning of water management infrastructure projects with expertise in groundwater recharge projects.

The Company (commonly known as Denta Water) over the years has emerged as one of the strong players in the field of water engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) services.

In addition, the company also undertakes construction projects in the field of –

• Railways,
• Highways

Denta Water is one of the few companies in the country with experience and expertise in the design, installation, commissioning, operations, and maintenance of groundwater recharging using recycled water.

With a meritorious track record in infrastructure project installations (including groundwater recharging through recycled water), Denta Water and Infra have been contributors to addressing the rising demand for water-related solutions in India.

The Company awarded contracts through a competitive bidding process undertaken by the Central and State Governments. It also undertakes contracts as sub-contractors from various private parties.

Denta Water: Core Services

The Company’s core services encompass –

1. Water Infrastructure Management: Implementing comprehensive solutions for water infrastructure management in various settings.
2. Groundwater Recharging: Developing innovative strategies to recharge aquifers, ensuring long-term water sustainability.

As of November 30, 2024, Denta Water has executed 32 water management infrastructure projects, where the company has undertaken –

• 11 projects as the main contractor,
• 1 project has been undertaken under a consortium (joint  venture  arrangement), and
• 20 projects have been undertaken under a sub-contract arrangement with the main contractor.

Land & Resort

The company owns 98 acres of land in Madikeri (Karnataka) producing cardamom, coffee, and pepper.

It also owns a beach resort in Udupi, generating revenue through a facility management agreement.
