Acquisition Details
Chester Hall generates revenues of £18.5 million GBP and an enterprise value (EV) of £13.2 million GBP (approximately ₹160 crores).
The acquisition was completed at an EV/EBITDA multiple of 6x and is expected to be both EPS and ROCE accretive from day one, a company spokesperson added.
The acquisition will enable BIL to make a deliberate and strategic entry into high-value aerospace and space manufacturing.
