Loan Portfolio

The loan portfolio of CFHL at March 2026, stood at ₹42,209 Cr as against ₹38,217 Cr as on March 2025, recording an increase of 10 percent.

Housing Loans constitute 72 percent of the total loan book, while Non-Housing Loans (including CRE) constitute 28 percent.

Loan disbursements for the 12 months ended March 31, 2026, stood at ₹10,531 Cr compared to ₹8,568 Cr in the corresponding previous period, reflecting a 23 percent growth Year-on-Year.

 

Deposits

CFHL’s deposit portfolio stood at ₹220.21 Cr.

To strengthen the deposit portfolio, the company is offering 7.50% rate of interest for a 36-month tenured cumulative deposit.

Senior citizens will earn 0.25% additional rate of interest.

 

Dividend

The Company has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 8 per share.

CFHL has its geographical presence across India with 249 Branches (Offices) spanning 21 States and Union Territories.
