Horizon Industrial Parks: History

The Company was incorporated as JEM Cements Private Limited, a private limited company under the Companies Act, 1956, at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, on September 22, 2009.

The Company was then converted into a public limited company on June 30, 2025, under a special resolution passed by the shareholders.

Its name was subsequently changed to Horizon Industrial Parks Limited, and the RoC issued a fresh certificate of incorporation on July 28, 2025.

According to the JLL Report, Horizon Industrial Parks Limited is India’s largest industrial and logistics infrastructure developer, owner, and operator by Total Network.

The Company offers clients Grade A quality fulfillment centers, industrial facilities, and in-city centers across the country’s major industrial and consumption hubs.

Its comprehensive business ecosystem provides a holistic end-to-end solution that enables clients to operate seamlessly and reduce time-to-market.

The Company’s solutions include, among others, built-to-suit facilities, fully fitted plug-and-play facilities, cold storage, energy solutions, on-site staff accommodation, racking, and material handling equipment (MHEs), all designed to support efficient operations.

Its client base comprised 118 customers as of 31 May, 2026, with Fortune 500 companies accounting for 54.05 percent of committed operational area.

As of May 2026, the company’s network comprised 45 assets across 10 major industrial and consumption hubs, covering 58.58 million sq. ft. of total network area.

Its operational network stood at 28.55 million sq. ft., with a strong committed occupancy of 93.56%.
