Nityas Gems and Jewellery: History

The Company was originally incorporated as Nityas Gems and Jewellery Pvt Ltd., a private limited company under the Companies Act, 2013, on April 26, 2022.

It was then converted into a public limited company on May 24, 2025, under a special resolution passed by the shareholders.

The Company changed its name to Nityas Gems and Jewellery Ltd, and the RoC issued a fresh certificate of incorporation on July 2, 2025.

Nityas Gems and Jewellery Ltd is engaged in the design, manufacturing, and sale of “lab-grown diamond studded gold jewellery” in India.

The Company offers a range of lab-grown diamond-studded gold jewellery products across categories, such as –

  • Rings,
  • Earrings,
  • Pendants,
  • Bracelets,
  • Mangalsutras,
  • Nose Pins,
  • Necklaces,
  • Cufflings, and
  • Bangles.

The Company operates through an integrated business model comprising,

  1. Business-to-Business (B2B) manufacturing and distribution to organized retailers, standalone retailers, and wholesalers; and
  2. Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) omnichannel retail operations through its own subsidiary, Ayaani Diamonds and Jewellery Private Limited.

Nityas supply lab-grown diamond-studded gold jewellery to clients based on designs developed by the company and customised to their specific requirements, including design, weight, purity, and finishing.

Manufacturing Operations

Manufacturing operations of the company are carried out at Ratih House, Varachha Road, Surat, Gujarat, with an area of approximately 7,000 sq. ft.

 

Network

Its B2B network covers clients across 18 states and 2 union territories in India, along with overseas markets including Australia, Canada, the UAE, Taiwan, and Kenya.

 

Client List

The Company’s B2B clients include organised jewellery retailers such as GIVA, ONYA, Palmonas, and Ladia Diamonds, among others.
