Order Information
According to the exchange data, one of the renowned Independent Power Producers in the country has awarded Saatvik Solar Industries an order to supply Solar PV Modules.
It is a commercial order for the supply of solar photovoltaic modules, which has been received and accepted by the company.
The Company spokesperson added that the client is a major EPC player in India; however, its name has been withheld due to confidentiality reasons.
It also said the promoter or promoter group has no interest in the awarding entity.
Order Value
The aforementioned order has a total value of INR 71.25 crore (Rupees Seventy-one Crores and Twenty-five Lac Only).
Duration
The order will be executed by May 2026.

The Company has filed these details in accordance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
