Contract Details
According to the exchange information, the agreement has been executed to operationalize five floors of TMUS India at Phoenix H10, Hyderabad, India, aggregating to approximately 250,348 square feet and comprising 1,507 workstations.
This is a Managed Office Contract. The workspace will be designed, developed, and managed by WeWork on behalf of TMUS India Pvt Ltd.
The arrangement is expected to strengthen WeWork India’s presence in the Hyderabad region, a company spokesperson added.

Contract Size
The total estimated value of the new contract is ₹475.49 Crore (Rupees Four Hundred Seventy-Five Crore Forty-Nine Lakhs Only), excluding applicable taxes.
Duration
The contract is to be executed over a period of 60 months (with a committed term of 42 months from the client) from the date of the Purchase Order, a company management official said.
Exchange Compliance
The Company has submitted these details under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 – Receipt of Order/Contract.
