Priority Jewels: History

The Company was incorporated as Priority Jewels Private Limited at Mumbai, Maharashtra, as a private limited company under the Companies Act, 1956, on October 12, 2007.

The Company was then converted into a public limited company on February 1, 2025, under a special resolution passed by the shareholders.

Its name was subsequently changed to Priority Jewels Ltd, and the Registrar of Companies issued a fresh certificate of incorporation on February 17, 2025.

 

Priority Jewels: Business

Priority Jewels Ltd is engaged in designing, manufacturing, and sale of a wide range of lightweight, affordable diamond-studded gold and platinum fine jewellery.

The Company offers a variety of daily wear jewellery products, like –

  • Earrings,
  • NeckwEar,
  • Pendants,
  • Rings,
  • Bracelets, and
  • Occasion Couture Jewellery.

It also manufactures lab-grown diamond jewellery to specific client orders.

As of 30 June 2026, the company has over 200 clients, including 125 independent jewellers and 53 jewellery chains.

Over the years, the company has expanded its market presence across 21 states and 3 union territories in India and has exported products to 13 countries globally, including the United States of America, the UAE, Hong Kong, and Norway.

Manufacturing Facilities

The Company’s operations are supported by two integrated manufacturing facilities in Mumbai (SEEPZ SEZ and MIDC), spanning over 25,800 sq. ft. combined, with an installed annual capacity of 700 kg.

Priority Jewels supplies its products to leading jewellery chains, including Kalyan Jewellers, Reliance Retail, Malabar Gold & Diamonds FZCO, CaratLane Trading Private Limited, Tribhovandas Bhimji Zaveri, and Senco Gold Limited.
