“Om Power Transmission IPO Listing Update”

 

Om Power Transmission Limited, a power transmission EPC company in India, made a decent start on the bourses on Friday, 17 April 2026.

A reasonable listing was expected, as the company’s ₹150 Crore IPO received a 3.33 times subscription (according to the National Stock Exchange data) during March 9-13.

 

 

The shares of Om Power Transmission were listed at INR 186 apiece on the National Stock Exchange (NSE), a premium of 6.30% compared to the IPO price band of INR 166 – INR 175.

On the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), the company’s shares were listed at INR 181.10 per share, representing a premium of 3.50%.

The Stock made an intra-day high of INR 195.30 and a low of INR 186 before closing at ₹193.40 (up 10.50%) on the NSE at the market’s close.

In terms of volumes, OMPOWER traded with 2,366,480 shares on the NSE.

Om Power Transmission: History

The Company was originally incorporated as Om Power Transmission Private Limited, a private limited company under the Companies Act, 1956, on June 29, 2011.

The Company was then converted into a public limited company on September 8, 2025, under a special resolution passed by the shareholders.

Its name was subsequently changed to Om Power Transmission Limited, and a fresh certificate of incorporation was issued by the RoC on September 15, 2025.

 

 

Om Power Transmission: Business

Om Power Transmission Ltd is a power transmission infrastructure Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) company in the country with more than 14 years of experience.

The Company’s expertise lies in the execution of high-voltage (HV) and extra-high-voltage (EHV) transmission lines, substations, and underground cabling projects, all delivered on a turnkey basis.

The projects encompass design, engineering, supply, erection, installation, testing, commissioning, and comprehensive operation and maintenance (O&M) services.

The Company’s business verticals (services) are classified as below –

  1. Transmission Line EPC Projects
  2. Underground Cable Projects
  3. Substation EPC Projects
  4. Operation and Maintenance Services

 

Total Transmission Lines

Since the commencement of its operations in 2011 in the State of Gujarat, India, Om_Power has commissioned (1) transmission lines, (2) substations, and (3) underground cables, covering in aggregate over 1,000 circuit kilometers (CKM) of transmission lines and 11 substations, respectively.

 

 

Order Book

As of December 31, 2025, the company’s unexecuted Order Book comprised 58 projects, totaling INR 74,460.27 lakhs, including 7 O&M contracts and 51 EPC projects.

 

Client List

The Company’s client base comprises public sector undertakings and private clients. Major clients include –

  • Power Utilities & Grid Operators,
  • Industrial & Corporate Users,
  • Renewable Energy Developers & Solar Park Operators,
  • Transportation & Infrastructure Projects, and
