SBI Mutual Fund Bought An Additional 4% Stake Shares of Urban Company Limited were up more than 10% on March 18, 2026, after news came in that SBI Mutual Fund had bought an additional 4 percent stake in the company. As of December 31, 2025, SBI MF already held a 1.89 percent stake in Urban Company. According to the NSE block deal data, SBI Mutual Fund (the largest mutual fund house in India by Assets Under Management), has bought an additional 3.5 crore equity shares at ₹109.85
