The Company has secured a Letter of Acceptance (LOA) from National Mineral Development Corporation Limited, a domestic entity. Source – BSE.

As the company said, the new order is for the Refurbishment of Permanent Way of National Mineral Development Corporation (NMDC) Sidings & Mobile Equipment Tracks at Kirandul & Bacheli, Chhattisgarh, India.
The contract includes maintenance of the tracks.
The aforementioned work is in the normal course of business of the Company, a company official added.

Size of the Order
The total estimated value of the new order is INR 95,27,00,000/- (Rupees Ninety Five Crores Twenty-seven Lakhs Only), including 18% GST.
Duration
The order is to be executed over a period of 36 months from the date of the Purchase Order, a company spokesperson said.
Exchange Compliance
The Company has disclosed these details under Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
